We recently had the exciting honor of attending the 2nd Annual CROYA Yacht Charter Show in Split. It was an unforgettable event that brought together the vibrant community of the yacht charter industry! Under the sunny skies of the beautiful Adriatic coast, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement as brokers, yacht crews, and industry professionals gathered to recognize and celebrate outstanding achievements. This year's show not only showcased luxurious yachts but also honored the dedication and hard work of those in the field.
A Vibrant Atmosphere
In Split, the energy was palpable. We connected over shared experiences with other professional yacht charter brokers, while the welcoming hospitality of the yacht crews shone through. It was clear that the pride among CROYA members was a driving force, highlighting their commitment to excellence in the yacht charter sector.
Activities abounded at the event, including networking sessions, informative seminars, and friendly competitions that spotlighted the exceptional talent of yacht crews. This friendly camaraderie fostered collaboration and innovative thinking, enriching the experience for all.
Exceptional Crews & Standout Wins at CROYA 2025
A standout feature of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show was the remarkable crews who participated. They demonstrated not only their professionalism but also their unique personalities, making every interaction memorable for us.
A special mention goes to the crew of CORSARIO, who elevated their performance at this year’s event by winning three prestigious awards, a notable improvement from their accolades last year.
Award Highlights for CORSARIO
🏆 1st Place – Chef’s Competition: CORSARIO showcased innovative flavors and meticulous presentation, outdoing their previous year’s 2nd place achievement.
🏆 1st Place (Shared) – Tablescaping Competition: Their creativity in décor left a lasting impression, exemplifying the art of hospitality.
🥈 2nd Place – Cocktail Competition: Their signature drinks wowed both judges and guests, further establishing their status in the industry.
CORSARIO’s success illustrates the rewards of hard work and creativity in delivering exceptional experiences to clients.
A Strong Debut for 61' Catamaran SOLOMAR
Another highlight was the strong debut of SOLOMAR, participating for the first time at CROYA. They quickly garnered attention for their creative cocktail, 'Liquid Gold,' which earned them a shared 3rd place in the Cocktail Competition. This achievement reflects their talent and promise in the competitive yacht charter landscape.
A Familiarization Trip: 67' Catamaran Floramye
As the event concluded, it was clear that the yacht charter industry is thriving.
Our familiarization trip aboard the stunning 67’ luxury catamaran FLORAMYE in Croatia was more than just a yacht charter— it deepened our firsthand knowledge of the yacht, crew, and destinations so we can craft truly exceptional experiences for our clients.
We enjoyed sailing from Split to Hvar, Vis, Komiža, Stari Grad & Trogir. As a former yacht owner and operator/Captain & Crew for nearly 2 decades, we noticed the crew’s attention to the smallest details. The cohesiveness of this team: Capt. Nino, Chef Igor, and Stewardess Nadia is well balanced. We truly appreciated each of their strengths & warm hospitality, making us feel right at home. Thank you FLORAMYE!
